What a gentleman! He broke the sales record for the building!


We engaged Kevin Annetts to sell our Alexandra Headlands apartment. After meeting with a few other agents, we were left pretty underwhelmed until we met Kevin. After running into him at another open home, it was clear what a good decision it was to get him and his team to sell our place.  

Professional, tenacious, courteous and with bounds of enthusiasm and humour, Kevin guided us through the process of selling, and got us a fantastic result in a short period of time. He also managed to break a sales record within the building while he was at it.

Kevin's knowledge of the local area is second to none, and the rest of the Kevin Annetts team are a bunch of seasoned professionals within the industry too. Particular thanks to Brenda who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to pull things off on Auction day.
